He is the Founder and Lead Trainer at Craft Your Future, a financial education and coaching company that helps individuals move from financial knowledge to financial action through coaching, training and events. Through his work, he has impacted more than 5,000 people across Kenya and East Africa.

Chris is also an accomplished author and motivational speaker who is passionate about empowering people to align their finances with their purpose. He is the author of Unlocking You: Break Mental Barriers, Build Lasting Wealth, and the visionary behind the Next Generation Investor Summit, one of Kenya's premier financial literacy events.

He also hosts the CraftYourFutureToday Podcast, where he shares practical insights and honest conversations on money, mindset, investing and wealth creation to inspire lasting financial transformation.

Alex Mwangi is a Financial Fitness Coach, Income and Wealth Protection Specialist, and the Founder of Cent Warrior Consulting. He empowers families, professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve financial peace and freedom by helping them master their money, grow wealth and secure their financial future.

With a proven track record of guiding thousands of individuals toward financial fitness, he has developed a holistic approach to building solid financial foundations that stand the test of time. He noticed that while many are adept at investing and growing wealth, some lack the foundational habits and protection strategies needed to preserve it. Just as a house needs a solid foundation, wealth requires sturdy pillars to support lasting growth.

Betty Matharu is the Dean and Administrator of Joseph Business School (JBS) Kenya, where she equips entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals to build sustainable, values-driven enterprises. A lifelong learner, enterprise builder, wife to James and mother of three adult children, she is passionate about helping faith-driven founders steward their gifts to create lasting impact.

Betty is known for combining strategic leadership with practical execution. Throughout her career she has taken on diverse leadership responsibilities, from academic administration and teaching to business development, sales, marketing and operations, enabling organizations to navigate growth while remaining focused on their mission.

Her entrepreneurial journey spans education, retail and sports. Alongside leading academic administration and strategic initiatives at JBS Kenya, she co-founded Kellan Montessori & Sports Centre, growing it to full enrollment within its first academic year, and founded Palm Mart Vipingo, guiding the retail business to profitability in under a year. Earlier, as Operations Director at Swim Africa Ltd, she streamlined operations across multiple business units.

Across every assignment, Betty has demonstrated an ability to build organizations, develop people and create systems that support sustainable growth, reflecting a commitment to excellence, servant leadership and the conviction that business can be a powerful platform for transformation.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Mwarv Kirubi is an accomplished photographer, filmmaker and licensed drone pilot recognised for his powerful visual storytelling.

He has documented narratives around governance, health, education, development, sports and conservation in more than 15 countries across Africa. His work reflects a deep commitment to capturing moments that inspire, inform and connect people across diverse fields.

He is the winner of Portraits in the News at the Nation Photography Awards 2024, Shell Motorsports Kenya Action Photographer of the Year 2025, and Gold in the Motorsports Category at the World Sport Photography Awards 2026.

Wanjiru Akinyi is an executive search and talent professional with over a decade of experience across corporate HR, recruitment, talent advisory and executive search.

In her current role, she leads senior and executive searches across Africa for purpose-driven organisations. She has delivered searches across global health, financial inclusion, agriculture, climate and education, supporting the appointment of leaders across general management, operations, finance, people, legal, communications and strategy. Her work spans the full search process, from understanding an organisation's leadership needs and mapping the market to assessing candidates, managing selection and supporting offer negotiations.

Through this work, she has gained a close view of how careers are built, redirected and sometimes rebuilt. She is particularly passionate about supporting graduates entering the job market and professionals changing direction to recognise their strengths, communicate their value and make career choices that expand both their earning potential and their options.

Martin Nyairo is a Talent Acquisition and Organisation Development and Design practitioner with over 18 years of experience across Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, India and Nigeria.

His practice covers the full span of TA and OD work: structural review and redesign, job analysis and evaluation, workforce planning, HR policy development, compensation benchmarking, leadership development, and the culture and change work that determines whether a new structure actually holds.

He built this practice through sustained client engagements at PwC, Ernst and Young and KPMG, and through executive search work at Boyden and Triage. Between 2022 and 2025, through Ainakiza LLP, he led independent consulting assignments for private sector and foundation clients including Sandstorm East Africa, Tovuti, Capital FM, Mastercard Foundation, Open Society Foundation and the Children's Investment Fund Foundation.

Martin is currently a Partner at Triage, an executive search and leadership due diligence firm that underwrites consequential leadership decisions made by operators, investors and boards across Africa.

Samuel Njuguna is the co-founder and CEO of Chumz, a savings and investment app that uses behavioural psychology and gamification to guide clients on when and how to save.

Clients can save from as little as KES 5, and the platform has over 500,000 registered users. It is operational in Kenya and in Rwanda as Tunzi, with plans to scale across three markets by the end of 2026 and into another ten countries by 2028.

Samuel holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi. He is an avid reader, passionate about behavioural psychology, gamification and art. His favourite quote is 'Hope anchors the soul', his favourite book is Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, and his big goal in life is establishing a primary and secondary school dedicated to supporting girls from underprivileged and remote communities across Kenya.

Gregory Wanjama Mwaura is a Full Stack Software Engineer and Digital Strategist with over two decades of experience building enterprise-grade digital platforms across Africa and beyond. He serves as Lead Consultant at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), overseeing their corporate web ecosystem, and is Co-Founder and consultant at This Is Digital, where he advises on digital product development, AI adoption, and technology strategy for African markets.

A recognized thought leader in technology, education, and entrepreneurship, he develops AI training curricula that bridge artificial intelligence with practical skills including financial literacy. He also serves on multiple boards as an advisor, leveraging his wealth of entrepreneurial experience and technological insights to help guide growth and innovation. He brings a rare combination of hands-on engineering expertise, consultancy experience, and a forward-looking perspective on how technology can drive meaningful impact across the African continent.

Joram Mwinamo is an enterprise builder, management consultant, coach, and public speaker with over 21 years of experience working across businesses, sectors, and markets. As CEO of SNDBX International — Africa's professional services ecosystem — he has pioneered a one-stop platform supporting SMEs with strategy, execution, and growth. His work spans organisational structuring, strategic development, leadership training, and entrepreneurship — with hands-on experience across more than ten countries, giving him both local depth and global perspective.

Joram has mentored startups, contributed to global mentorship programmes, and served on boards including Amnesty International and AIESEC — shaping leaders and institutions beyond business alone. He is the author of The Enterprise Jungle, which brings together these decades of experience into a practical navigation system — built not from theory, but from real decisions, real risks, and real outcomes.

John Kamau is the Head of Business Development at Arvocap Asset Managers, where he leads market expansion, client engagement and strategic partnerships. He works with individuals, corporates, institutions and investment groups, building relationships and developing partnerships that connect clients to investment solutions aligned with their financial goals.

He holds a degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi, alongside other investment certifications. John has led financial wellness initiatives that have reached more than 3,000 people, equipping them with practical knowledge on budgeting, saving, investing and personal financial planning.
